Shipping & Return Policy

- Local delivery (within 100km) Hand-delivered by us - Free
- Local delivery (100–200km) Hand-delivered by us - $15
- Standard (Canada) 4–8 business days - $15
- Express (Canada) 3–6 business days - $35
- USA Based on Canada Post rates - Customer pays 50% of shipping costLocal delivery is available within 200km of Cambridge, ON and is hand-delivered by us rather than shipped through a carrier. Outside of that range, orders ship via Canada Post using the Standard or Express option.Delivery times for Standard, Express, and USA shipping are estimates provided by our shipping carrier (Canada Post) and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside our control.International Orders (USA)For orders shipping to the USA, we cover half the Canada Post shipping cost; the remaining 50% is charged to the customer at checkout. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.Returns & ExchangesAll sales are final.
